A MORNING STROLL got the First prize (Golden Brick) at the ANIMAX International Animation Festival in Macedonia - AND Best Animation at the 24th FOYLE FILM FESTIVAL in Northern Ireland.

That's TWO awards in one weekend for A MORNING STROLL! - Thanks to the fine folks at the BROOKLYN FILM FESTIVAL who awarded the film BEST ANIMATION!
ANNECY
The 2011 Annecy International Animation festival has awarded A MORNING STROLL with its first award - theJUNIOR JURY AWARD FOR SHORT FILM!
STUDIO AKA was in attendance in the shape of Director Grant Orchard & Producer Sue Goffe, with Grant being besieged for drawings of his enigmatic chicken thereafter...
The evening was made all the more delightful as we watched STUDIO SOI'S Klaus Morschheuser pick up the BEST TV SPECIAL AWARD for his & Johannes Weiland's 'DAS BILD DER PRINZESSIN (The Princesses' painting) - whilst old pals Ben Bouquelet & Mic Graves took home the BEST TV PRODUCTION award for Cartoon Network's THE AMAZING WORLD OF GUMBALL.
